Recommended Preparation: Placement in class is competitive - based on GPA, application and contract; application essay. Successful completion Advanced Algebra with a "C" or better, and a score of “Proficient” or better on the California State Standards Test (CST).

Advanced Placement Economics is a very rigorous one-semester course covering classical macroeconomics. The course is designed to prepare students to take the College Board administered examination in macroeconomics. Homework will average one (1) hour per night.
