Home or hospital instruction is available 5 hours per week by a credentialed teacher for students with such a need. Severe, prolonged illness or injury are some acceptable reasons for this service. It must be ordered by an MD for at least 10 school days from the date of request. We will fax form to the MD to assist you when we receive the parent request. Please call us when you first suspect that your child might need this service.
